DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGThis is a two-storey neoclassical building. It is characterized with symmetry, specific for the neo-styles. The central volume protrudes separating the building vertically. This volume has columns ending in strict capitals on which a loggia is found. At the ground floor under the loggia is the entrance. The loggia is covered by a roof with a stylish arched tympanum with a rosette in the middle. This element along with the richly decorated cornices emphasize the central volume of the building. The loggia railing is a china balustrade, with a massive top rail. The façade plaster work is with horizontal framework imitating stonework and the upper zones end in cornices supported by corbels. The windows are decorated with architraves and stylish sills.
