DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGThe building has numerous authentic elements which have been preserved and is part of a series of characteristic urban units with vernacular, protected town architecture, listed as cultural monuments. It consists of a ground floor and first floor. The building system is traditional, characteristic of its time of construction with a ground floor of stone and first floor of wooden construction, with a framed overhang. The façades are characterized by wooden framing, window eaves, and characteristic prominent timber bonds and a wooden roof with ceramic tiles The balcony is a new inappropriate element attached to the house built with steel columns and concrete beams and has radically changed the form of the house. The building is currently not in use but is intended to be used as a museum in the future.
